Designed in 2015 the mixed use development offers retail at street level whilst a variety of long-stay and short-stay accommodation options are located on levels above. The roof top terrace provides panoramic views across Boston Bay.

Lowe & Redding Design achieved planning permission on this design in late 2015 for our valued client. Although the project is yet to be built the 3D images produced in house by Lowe & Redding Design give the client & general public a realistic and accurate representation of the final product.
